Sorry we can’t deliver to PO Box
 
Purchases will be dispatched within one to two business days once payment for your order has been received. 
 
North Island parcels should be received within two days of dispatch.  South Island parcels can take 3 to 4 days and rural deliveries may take longer to arrive
 
Pick up is available from Whanganui.  Please contact us prior to arrange a pick-up time and so we can ensure your purchase is ready.
 
We will provide you all track and trace details by email once your purchase has been prepared for courier uplift.
We recommend ordering prior to 9th December if you would like your order to arrive before Christmas.
 
Any problems please contact us immediately so it can be resolve promptly.
 
If a couriered item arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery.  If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately.
